Dear milliner,

Together with the Spanish Millinery Association we are organizing the first edition of the Barcelona Hat Days (BHD). From the 11th to the 15th of April 2023 we will offer workshops, masterclasses, talks and much more, all leading to the popular Hat Stroll on Sunday the 16th.

An important part of the Barcelona Hat Days will be the International Hat Exhibition “OVER THE TOP” that will open on March 2nd and can be visited until April 23rd 2023. It will be hosted at the Centre d’Artesania de Catalunya in Barcelona (Spain).

The venue has been granted by Catalonia’s Consortium of Commerce, Craft and Fashion (CCAM) and is located in the center of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona at street level (11 Banys Nous street). The display of the hats will be curated by the organizers of the BHD.

We would love for you to be on this exhibition.
To be selected you just need to:

Create a hat that blows the selection committee‘s mind.
Be a professional/fellow member (whether active or not, it doesn’t matter) of one of the many Millinery Associations worldwide.
Submit your application before (EXTENDED) February 5th 2023, 23:59 CET through the submissions form.

A selection committee of 3 experts in the fields of millinery and fashion will choose among all entries, the selection will be done anonymously. You will find the terms and conditions on the attached document.
