Make spectacular lycra swirl trimmings with Vlad Straticiuc

Learn how to make this contemporary looking lycra swirls and other trimmings for your hats and fascinators.

In this workshop you will learn how to manipulate the wire to give it a flowing line, as well as the best materials to use for a perfect finish.

You will need to bring to the class:

• • • A pre-blocked hat or fascinator base to trim
    • Hot glue gun
    • Electric hair iron (flat tongs/hair straightener)
    • 3 or 4 ostrich quills
    • Small scissors
    • Long scissors
    • Wire cutting pliers
    • Thread and needles

If you wish to bring your own matching lycra please be aware that the lycra has to stretch across the width of the fabric!

Maximum 12 students
Minimum 6 students (the course could be canceled if the minimum is not reached)
